SLA Breach Credits

If we fail to meet our SLA commitments in any month, you receive an automatic service credit on your next month's invoice. No claim required — it's calculated and applied automatically.

How exclusions work in practice

If you need something outside your care plan scope, we simply quote it as an add-on. For example: "You want a new gallery page. That's 8 hours of development work, we'll quote you R4,000." You approve the quote in writing, we do the work, and you pay. Scope creep never happens — everything is discussed and approved before we start.

Which tier is right for your business?

Basic is ideal for:

Small businesses with a simple site (1–10 pages), seasonal traffic, or a small team

You need a professional web presence but don't require frequent updates. Your site is stable and doesn't change much month-to-month.

Example: Tradesman, professional service (lawyer, accountant), retail store

Business is ideal for:

Growing businesses with active content needs and seasonal campaigns

You're regularly updating content, running occasional campaigns, and need faster support. You value reporting and analytics to understand your site's impact.

Example: E-commerce store, service-based business, local restaurant

Priority is ideal for:

Mission-critical websites where downtime costs money, or very active operations

Your website is central to your business. You need fast response times, premium uptime, and proactive monitoring. You're managing a lot of activity.

Example: High-volume e-commerce, SaaS application, membership/booking site

You can always change

You don't have to commit to a tier for your entire FGP term. You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time (charges adjusted pro-rata). After your first 12 months, you can also downgrade. We'll discuss the right fit during your proposal call and revisit it if your needs change.
