In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"), the responsible party for the processing of your personal information is:

Purpose of processing

We process personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through our website or other communication channels
  • To prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service agreements
  • To provide and manage our digital services, including website development, hosting, and care plans
  • To communicate with clients and prospective clients about our services
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to our business

Categories of data subjects and personal information

We process personal information relating to the following categories of data subjects:

Website visitors

Information collected: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and basic usage data through analytics cookies.

Enquiry and proposal contacts

Information collected: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, industry, website URL, and any details provided in form submissions or messages.

Clients

Information collected: all of the above, plus billing details, business registration information, and project-related correspondence.

Your rights as a data subject

Under POPIA, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right of access — You may request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy of that information.
  • Right to correction — You may request that we correct or update personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
  • Right to deletion — You may request that we delete your personal information where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any legal retention requirements.
  • Right to object — You may object to the processing of your personal information on reasonable grounds, including objecting to direct marketing.
  • Right to withdraw consent — Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
  • Right to lodge a complaint — You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe your rights have been infringed.

How to submit a POPIA request

To exercise any of your rights under POPIA, please submit your request in writing to our Information Officer:

Please include your full name, contact details, and a clear description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, and no later than the period prescribed by POPIA.

Complaints to the Information Regulator

If you are not satisfied with our response to your request, or if you believe that your personal information has been processed in violation of POPIA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator:
